Candor Midstream owned and operated the SCOOP-to-North-Texas Rich Gas Gathering Pipeline System. Its strategic location in the heart of Oklahoma’s SCOOP play provided regional producers with an immediate outlet to premium processing markets in north Texas, bolstering producer economics. Candor was acquired by ONEOK in September of 2025.
