Aspen Midstream is an independent energy company launched in 2017 to fill strategic voids in the North American midstream sector. The company offers a full-service portfolio of midstream solutions, including natural gas gathering, processing, compression and treating; condensate stabilization and vapor recovery; crude oil gathering and terminaling.

Caiman Energy II

Caiman Energy II is an independent midstream energy company that provides the infrastructure and services necessary to move natural gas products from the wellhead to market. Consistent with management’s past business success, Caiman’s strategy centers around building a natural gas midstream business focused on the greenfield development of gathering, compression, treating, processing, fractionation and transportation assets in the Utica shale, where the team can successfully leverage its experience and relationships.

Candor Midstream

Candor Midstream is an independent energy company started in 2018 to provide reliable, customized solutions including natural gas gathering, compression, processing and treating; crude oil gathering, terminaling and logistics; and water management solutions including produced water gathering, recycling and disposal and freshwater sourcing and transportation.

Cardinal Midstream III

Cardinal Midstream III is a midstream company that provides oil and gas producers with a complete array of midstream services including natural gas gathering and transmission, natural gas processing, crude oil gathering, centralized compression facilities, condensate stabilization, vapor recovery and natural gas treating. Headquartered in Houston and established in late 2018, Clear Creek Midstream is an independent energy company focused on the development of midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers working in shale plays across North America. Clear Creek is pursuing organic, greenfield projects and select acquisition opportunities. Clear Creek offers custom midstream solutions including crude oil gathering, storage and transportation. 

Cogent Midstream

Cogent Midstream provides a full complement of tailored midstream services designed to create efficiencies and value for the Midland Basin's leading producers. Services include natural gas gathering, compression and processing; and crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and third-party condensate stabilization.

Evolution Midstream

Evolution Midstream is an independent midstream oil and gas company founded in 2015 offering flexible alternatives to the standard gathering and processing service. Evolution helps streamline operations and reduce post-production costs by providing or overseeing any or all services for oil and natural gas producers, including natural gas gathering, processing, treating and compression; crude oil gathering, transportation and storage; condensate stabilization, NGL fractionation and marketing; and produced water disposal.

Greenfield Midstream

Greenfield Midstream is focused on the value-driven development of midstream infrastructure across North America. Services include natural gas gathering, processing, treating and compression; crude oil gathering and transportation; water handling; and product marketing. Greenfield is pursuing select acquisition opportunities.

Headquartered in San Antonio, Ironwood II is led by a team of seasoned industry professionals who together have more than 100 years of experience in the energy industry.

Lotus Midstream

Lotus Midstream is an independent energy company established in early 2018 focused on crude oil gathering, transportation, terminaling and storage. The company operates the largest crude oil gathering system in the Permian, providing customers with market optionality to the Gulf Coast and Cushing hubs.

Moda Midstream

Moda Midstream is a liquids terminaling and logistics company that provides independent terminal, storage and distribution solutions to refiners, petrochemical manufacturers, marketers and producers of crude oil, condensate, NGLs, refined products and other bulk liquids. Nuevo Midstream Dos

Nuevo Midstream Dos is a Houston-based energy company formed in 2015 to design, build and operate world-class midstream systems and deliver superior service to oil and gas producers across North America. Nuevo Dos is pursuing organic and strategic acquisition opportunities across North America. Capabilities include natural gas gathering, compression, treating, processing and transportation; fractionation and NGL storage and takeaway; gathering, storage and transportation of crude oil and condensate; and marketing solutions.

Rangeland Energy III

Rangeland Energy III was formed in July 2015 to pursue midstream opportunities in resource plays across North America, targeting crude oil logistics opportunities and leveraging its extensive experience and expertise in the Bakken Shale and the Delaware Basin.

Stakeholder Midstream

Based in San Antonio and founded in 2015, Stakeholder Midstream is an independent midstream oil and gas company serving producers operating in unconventional shale plays across North America. Services include in-field natural gas gathering, compression, treating and processing services; innovative NGL solutions; and crude oil gathering, transportation and storage.

Tall Oak Midstream II and III

Tall Oak Midstream II and III were founded by a team of experienced executives with diverse and complementary backgrounds across the midstream and upstream sectors. Tall Oak II was established in 2015 to pursue greenfield and acquisition opportunities in oil and gas plays across North America. Tall Oak Midstream III was formed in 2017 to pursue midstream opportunities outside the Northwest STACK.
