Aspen Midstream

Aspen Midstream is an independent energy company launched in 2017 to fill strategic voids in the North American midstream sector. The company offers a full-service portfolio of midstream solutions, including natural gas gathering, processing, compression and treating; condensate stabilization and vapor recovery; crude oil gathering and terminaling.

The Aspen Austin Chalk System currently spans from Fayette, Washington, Austin and Waller counties in Texas, with planned expansions into surrounding counties. The system consists of approximately 99 miles of high-pressure large-diameter gathering pipelines, 57 miles of 30-inch transmission pipe connecting the Austin Chalk and surrounding area to the Katy Market, a 200 MMcf/d cryogenic processing train at the Battle Horse facility, and seven amine treating plants with over 1,270 gpm of amine treating capacity. The system is strategically located to ensure producer access to premium residue and NGL markets. The system began service in 2019 with plans for additional rich high-pressure gathering and lean high-pressure gathering pipelines.

Aspen Midstream is led by a group of energetic oil and gas professionals with a proven ability to execute on growth-oriented midstream projects. The company's founders collectively have vast experience working in areas across the country including the Eagle Ford Shale, Delaware Basin, Midland Basin, Mid-Continent, Haynesville Shale and the Barnett Shale.
