Clear Creek Midstream, LLC today announced an initial venture capital commitment of $300 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Headquartered in Houston and established in late 2018, Clear Creek is an independent energy company focused on the development of midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers working in shale plays across North America. Clear Creek is pursuing organic, greenfield projects and select acquisition opportunities.​
Liquids terminaling and logistics provider Moda Midstream, LLC announced it has successfully commissioned upgrades to Berth 2A at the Moda Ingleside Energy Center in Ingleside, Texas, to enable loading of very large crude carriers. Moda developed these upgrades to provide existing and potential customers the ability to safely and cost-effectively load VLCCs at rates of up to 80,000 barrels per hour.

EnCap Flatrock Midstream Promotes Sam Pitts to Managing Partner

EnCap Flatrock Midstream announced the promotion of Sam Pitts to managing partner. Mr. Pitts joins Managing Partners Bill Waldrip, Billy Lemmons, Dennis Jaggi, Dave Kurtz and Greg King in the leadership and management of the firm. 
Aspen Midstream, LLC today announced the company is constructing a large diameter residue pipeline and both a lean and a rich gas gathering system in the Austin Chalk play in Texas. Aspen’s Austin Chalk System is located in the Giddings Field. 
Lotus Midstream LLC has agreed to participate in a joint venture previously announced by ExxonMobil and Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., to construct a pipeline to transport crude oil and condensate from the Permian Basin to Texas Gulf Coast markets. The parties expect to form the joint venture before the end of the year.
Evolution Midstream, LLC, a leading provider of flexible midstream and ancillary services to oil and gas producers, announced that it has broken ground on its Jewell Facility, a natural gas processing plant in Converse County, Wyoming in the heart of the Powder River Basin (PRB).
Crude oil logistics provider Getka Energy LLC announced it has closed on the purchase of the former Pacer Energy Terminal located in Cushing, Oklahoma. The 28-acre property houses crude oil storage tanks and several LACT units. The terminal is connected to Enterprise Products’ Cushing Terminal via pipeline.  
Candor Midstream, LLC announced an initial venture capital commitment of $200 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream (“EnCap Flatrock”). Candor is pursuing organic, greenfield projects and select acquisition opportunities.
Cogent Midstream, LLC announced it will expand its natural gas processing capacity in the lower Midland Basin of West Texas. Cogent will construct a new refrigerated cryogenic processing plant at the same location as its current Big Lake Plant in Reagan County, Texas. 
Liquids terminaling and logistics provider Moda Midstream, LLC announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Oxy Ingleside Energy Center (“IEC” or the “Ingleside Energy Center”) and certain crude oil and LPG infrastructure from Occidental Petroleum Corporation.

Lotus Midstream to Acquire Centurion Pipeline

Crude oil logistics provider Lotus Midstream, LLC announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Centurion pipeline system and a Southeast New Mexico crude oil gathering system from Occidental Petroleum Corporation.
Rangeland Energy III, LLC  announced that operations commenced at its STEPS terminal in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Monday, June 4. Rangeland also announced that in June the company will begin loading diesel onto railcars for a leading refined products customer. The diesel will be delivered to third-party inland terminals in Mexico via the Kansas City Southern Railway (NYSE: KSU). 
Cardinal Midstream III, LLC announced today that it has secured a long-term dedication in excess of 100,000 acres to its Iron Horse System from Camino Natural Resources, LLC (“Camino”). 
Getka Energy LLC, a crude oil logistics provider, announced that it has secured an initial equity commitment of $250 million from EnCap Flatrock Midstream and the Getka management team. Getka was formed earlier this year to provide storage, blending and terminal solutions, as well as pipeline transportation and market optionality for producers across North America in addition to domestic and international marketers.

Tall Oak Midstream III, LLC (“Tall Oak”) announced today a non-binding open season to secure prospective shippers for a proposed 80-mile natural gas residue pipeline.

Lotus also is pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities.
Cardinal Midstream III, LLC (“Cardinal III”) announced today that it is developing the Iron Horse System, a new natural gas gathering and processing system designed to serve producers working in Oklahoma’s SCOOP/STACK/Merge play. Located in Oklahoma’s Anadarko Basin, the liquids-rich play targets multiple benches within the Woodford and Mississippian pay zones, with upside from additional horizons.

EnCap Flatrock Midstream Closes $3.25 Billion Fund

EnCap Flatrock Midstream (“EnCap Flatrock”) today announced the final closing of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV, L.P., ("EFM IV"). The substantially oversubscribed fund exceeded its $3 billion target and reached its $3.25 billion hard cap within six months. EnCap Flatrock Midstream provides value-added growth capital to management teams in the midstream sector of the North American energy industry. EnCap Flatrock’s prior fund, EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund III, L.P., closed at $3 billion in May 2014.
