Rangeland Energy III was formed in July 2015 to pursue midstream opportunities in resource plays across North America, targeting crude oil logistics opportunities and leveraging its extensive experience and expertise in the Bakken Shale and the Delaware Basin.

Rangeland IV was formed in April 2022 to continue their pursuit of midstream acquisitions and development opportunities in both conventional and unconventional resource plays across the U.S. and Canada, as well as new opportunities in decarbonized infrastructure.
