Based in Houston and Austin, Texas, US Infrastructure Holdings, LLC (USI) is an established midstream company focused on the acquisition, development and operation of natural gas gathering and processing assets across the country with a current emphasis on opportunities in the Bossier/Haynesville and Marcellus/Utica shale plays.

USI has an exceptional senior management team with a long history of working together. This team has a solid record of creating value through projects and building successful businesses within the energy industry. USI’s five principals have 125 years of combined experience in the energy business; strong, complementary skill sets; and a very successful track record in midstream.

USI is led by CEO Gil Burciaga and company President Zach Lee. Burciaga is a seasoned CEO with more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He was a founding member of Dynegy, Inc. (formerly Natural Gas Clearinghouse) and part of the executive team that took the company public in 1990. During his tenure, Dynegy was one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Burciaga and Lee are co-founders of Asset Risk Management, LLC (ARM), a commodity advisory firm providing risk management services to oil and gas producers and end users throughout North America. Other members of the management team include Chief Financial Officer Lee Urbina; Ralph Neumann, senior vice president, engineering & operations; and Gary Bryan, senior vice president, business development.
