Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Tradition Midstream is focused on the acquisition, enhancement and operation of existing assets and the development of new assets in the midstream sector across the United States. These midstream services include gathering, processing and transportation services to bring crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids to the market. Led by President Don Brown, Tradition’s senior management team has more than 100 years of experience in the energy industry.
Tradition Midstream subsidiary Shongaloo Midstream, LLC gathers natural gas for producers targeting the liquids-rich Cotton Valley, Haynesville and Smackover formations located in the Northern Louisiana Salt Basin. Currently, Shongaloo Midstream is operating more than 30 miles of gathering pipelines. The Shongaloo Gathering System provides access to natural gas processing services at third-party processing plants with residue gas and NGL connections to Texas Gas Transmission and the Black Lake Pipeline, respectively. Shongaloo Midstream expects to construct an additional 15 miles of gathering pipeline by the end of the third quarter in 2017.
