Moda Midstream, a liquids terminaling and logistics company, was founded in 2015. Their services included providing independent terminal, storage and distribution solutions to refiners, petrochemical manufacturers, marketers and producers of crude oil, condensate, NGLs, refined products and other bulk liquids.

In late 2021, Moda sold the Moda Ingleside Energy Center, a crude export terminal located on the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, and other assets to Enbridge. After the sale, Moda continued the development of its remaining asset, Vopak Moda Houston, a deepwater storage and terminaling facility in the Port of Houston, alongside its joint-venture partner, Royal Vopak. In early 2024, Moda sold their 50% interest in Vopak Moda Houston to Exolum.
