Vice PresidentWith experience in energy finance, Mr. Pfluger joined Flatrock in 2010 and supports the ongoing activities of our funds and portfolio companies in our Oklahoma City office. Previously, Mr. Pfluger worked at Quintana Energy Partners, an energy-focused private equity firm, where he originated, evaluated and managed a broad range of investments across all energy sectors. Prior to his engagement at Quintana, Mr. Pfluger worked at American Capital assisting in the build-out of the energy-focused investment effort. Mr. Pfluger was an analyst with Raymond James & Associates’ energy investment banking division in Dallas. Mr. Pfluger attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science with a minor in business administration.
