Managing PartnerMr. Jaggi has more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of the natural gas industry. Since his graduation from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, he has been responsible for pipeline and plant engineering, construction, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic planning and implementation, and safe operations in compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.

Prior to joining Flatrock, Mr. Jaggi served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Enogex Inc., an Oklahoma-based midstream affiliate of OGE Energy. At Enogex, he was responsible for management of all operations, engineering design and construction, gas control, capital investments, gas supply and E&P activities. Prior to his role with Enogex, Mr. Jaggi was Vice President and Regional Manager with Delhi Pipeline Corporation, a subsidiary of Texas Oil and Gas Corp., from 1981-1997, where he managed and directed the activities of Delhi's Northern Region in Oklahoma City, OK. Prior to his role at Delhi, Mr. Jaggi had positions of increasing responsibility with Texas Eastern Transmission. Highlights of Mr. Jaggi’s career include:

  • While at Enogex Inc., Mr. Jaggi completed the $710 million acquisition of Transok, LLC, which nearly tripled the size of Enogex and accomplished $20 million in cost savings and revenue enhancements in the first year of integrated operations. He managed more than 400 employees, 15 processing plants producing more than 51,000 b/d of NGLs, 10,000 miles of pipelines with throughput over 2 bcf/d and a capital budget in excess of $90 million. He also restructured Enogex Inc. within the first six months, resulting in significant cost savings.
  • While at Delhi, Mr. Jaggi streamlined operations with the sale of non-strategic assets and the restructure of the organization. He increased throughput from 330 mmcf/d to 430 mmcf/d and NGL production from 5,500 b/d to 22,500 b/d. He negotiated the acquisition of two gathering systems and an outside partner’s interest in processing plants, totaling $36 million in value. He received seven Delhi President’s Safety Awards and the EPA Environmental Excellence Award from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.

Mr. Jaggi joined Flatrock Energy Advisors in 2001. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana. He has served as chairman of the board and campaign chairman for the United Way of Central Oklahoma and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees. He is also a member of The Academy of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla.
